Abandoned, again…

Another abandoned meeting yesterday, this time at Coff’s Harbour, meant we had a quiet day…

Today, it’s a Two-fer Tuesday, and two that we are very keen on throwing into a small multi!!

Impressive last prep and he returned from a 220 day spell 18 days ago after winning his most recent trial under H Coffey. Never really got into the race but made some late progress into a close fifth. He will have benefited from that run, second-up stats read way better than first-up (2:1-1), Harry sticks and the push out to his fav mile has him well-placed to win this, especially if he jumps fast as he normally does from the ace draw, will be hard to catch, $2.30 fav.

Resumes from a 4 month spell, and missed out earlier this month with an abandoned meeting. Tidy T&Ds as well as first-up and the booking of A Bullock shows intent. Enjoys the give in the ground, suspect he’ll be steaming home late in this open betting event as $5 co-fav.
