Sure she’ll have him closer in the run today back at the mile, and he’s a real chance as joint second fav at $6.50 in an open event. Watch for him dropping in late…

Liked the finish of this lad at Grafton just 10 days ago. He was stuck out the back for a long way as usual, but finished very well into fifth less than two lengths away, and we put a watch on him for next time, and here he is, back in the grade he likes and the longer trip. Dual acceptor, and looks perfectly placed to score today at $9.

Another one with late speed, like this track and placed four from seven at this distance. Rarely far away and is second fav in this small field at $3.

Got up for us on resumption at Warwick in mid July at $7.50, since run two last-placed sevenths on good going, so looks like needs it wet. Not sure how he goes on the all-weather here today, but he’s currently backed into third spot in the betting at $6.50, so maybe someone know more than us…
