Well, hallelujah! Blazing Tycoon finally got up for us ($10.40) with Victoria Corver steering a beautiful path through the middle to get up on the line. Always knew this horse was capable, after watching a couple of races where I thought she’d been a bit timid taking the gap, but she executed it to perfection yesterday!

Race 6: BRILLIANT MIND ran a third first up for us at SP $17, he hasn’t missed the top four in 16 runs, and will certainly strip fitter for that run. Up to open grade, and has great stats for this all round, get on now and you’ll get ew odds as the $4.20/$1.90 fav

MORNINGTON
Race 3: VULTAN bolted in by 8 lengths at Moe first up after a 13 month spell when well-supported, must rate a shot today on that, $2.40 fav.
BET: 8 unit win
Race 4: MOREAN was noted in Feb with a gritty debut win at Sale, and has run three close places for us since. Can win this as fav at $3.10

Race 6: PEPPER’S GHOST was impressive winning a couple back in September. Went to the paddock for 6 months, came back in higher grade, where he’s now finding his feet, running a couple of nice thirds at $21 and $6 for us. Shot today at $7, some nice stats…
